THE answer came when Hollianne spread her thighs apart and lifted her hips as she put a hand around him to guide him into her. Looking directly into his eyes, she wrapped her legs around the lower part of his back and used her body to pull him into her even deeper.
Then they ceased moving at all.
Erick stared down into Hollianne's brilliant green eyes with his ice-blue ones. He was looking at her with an expression filled with so much wonder, that her heart swelled with an emotion she thought she had forgotten. Her heart began to ache. It was like this was the first time he ever did this.
No, that couldn't be right. But she ceased thinking when a slight whimper escaped her when he slowly started to move within her. Pushing first deep into her and then pulling back before pushing in again.
"I never dreamed anything could feel this way," he whispered.
He suspicion flared up again. "Just... just keep moving like you are," she whispered. "That feels soo good, Erick."
"I'm not hurting you, am I?" he asked.
"Oh god no!" she smiled. "I can't explain it to you but you are not hurting me, I promise you."

Sandra is certainly delivering this delightful romance between Erick and Hollianne in doses and as much as I would have liked it all in one book to enjoy a marathon read, I must say it is a bit refreshing to take a breather between each chapter.
Hollianne has been suspecting all along that there was something very unique about Erick, something out of this world that she could not be certain about. She has thought many times that Erick is Angelic but she has no idea just how right she is to think that. I really don't know how Hollianne could be so oblivious for so long. She reminds me of Louis Lane and Superman. The only difference is even though she is suspicious, the idea that Erick could actually be an Angel is really crazy.
Angels don't touch the way Erick does and they certainly don't love that way either. This is what really brings on the confusion. Finally Erick confesses and Hollianne is face with the truth. Her reaction puts him in the very same place he had been chastising the human race for.
Everything had been a dream until this installment. Erick not only had to get used to his human form but the feelings that stirred within. Now when he reveals the truth he has to endure the same kind of trepidation the human race has faced for centuries. His heart is in danger of being broken. He experiences not only love but fear.
The thing that I did not like about this book was the language used to illustrate their sexual encounters. I felt that since it's a supernatural story, Sandra could have been more creative with the words used to describe the characters sexes and the act. I felt softer references would have delivered the same impact if not deeper. Words like "cock" could have been substituted for something more subtle like "member" or "staff".
Sandra did well to ensure that in terms of sensuality all five senses are fully engaged. This series hasn't disappointed me yet and I am confident that when it finally concludes I would be completely satisfied. If you haven't been following from the start then you should try to. This is not the kind of story that you want to jump in from the middle.
Cannot wait for the next installment.
This book is the 4th among Sandra Ross' series. I have been after this book ever since I read the first release. I read this mainly because of the author. Sandra writes different genres and produces the steamiest sex scenes I have ever come across. I have to warn you though, if you're a bit of a prude, this book may be too much for you.
The storyline is about a fallen angel named Erick. He was sent down to Earth because of some of the things he said about the humans. He then meets Hollianne. Right from the start, you can instantly feel the sexual tension. While both try to resist each other, the magnetism just draws them in stronger. Erick is worried though because he has kept his true identity a secret. After everything he and Hollianne have been through, would she believe him? Would Erick finally feel how humans feel when they're love is requited or rejected?
This book is surprisingly tame compared to other of Sandra's work. I don't mind much though since the whole story flow and emotions more than made up for it. The only problem I can think about it the name Hollianne. It took me 3 times to voice the name out before finally getting it right. You have to admit, it is a mouthful.
I would recommend this book to those looking for a "City of Angels" book. It's beautifully written with lots of bedroom scenes that will make you blush. This book is a keeper! To fully appreciate it, I would suggest reading the prequels.
I enjoyed this very much. It provided just the right amount of positive energy and light-hearted fun that I needed.
The books were very good. I did not like the fact that I had to buy it in sections. If you wanted ten dollars for the book I would have been happier to buy that. I felt kinda used having to buy little of the book at a time and will not do that again. To bad this left a sour taste in my mouth for something otherwise I would have enjoyed.

This series for the Earthbound Angels book 1 is extremely good. I love the way that Erik is will Hollianne. I also love the end.
Really wonderful story. Wished it was longer and was able to have seen more visual proof of him bring an Angel but that's why God gave us the ability to have faith. Wonderful story.
This author broke up one story into 5 books. Charged $12 for the entire story which only consisted of close to 200 pages. Really????? I have no respect for authors who try to force their other work on you by cutting their only good story short. Shame on you Sandra Ross!!!!!
